Healthcare Administration

PREVIMEDICAL takes care of the healthcare administration of individual positions, simultaneously performing the following activities:
  • collection of applications (including in case other family members);
  • issue of enrolment confirmation letter, provision of personal codes and subsequent sending of a customised card;
  • positions keeping and management of general details changes;
  • check of regular contributions payment and following provision of medical services;
  • management of contribution invoices issued by affiliated companies;
  • accounting reconciliation and trouble shooting;
  • reminders for missing payments;
  • registration of all refund claims put forward by each Plan Member;
  • management of plan options and overall limits with reference to family members as well


Accounting Services

PREVIMEDICAL performs all fulfilments concerning the Fund’s accounting services; in particular PREVIMEDICAL looks after budget assessments, formulation of periodic balances assessments, annual balances, performance of reconciliation and provided liquidations accounting reports.
On a monthly basis or according to an agreed schedule, PREVIMEDICAL also takes care of sending the Fund accounting records relative to the performed activity.
